High Ranked Jutsu: 8 handsigns
Low Ranked Jutsu: 2 handsigns

Okay ... but I don't see how when you do a handsigns, it makes a jutsu or something. Like ... how come when you do like, rat or something, and do another one, it makes a jutsu? And how come you can do like monkey and dog or something and get the same jutsu?!
